Gone to the Dogs

Gone to the Dogs

Gone to the Dogs is an AAPI, fur mama-owned social enterprise dedicated to bringing fun and stylish, ethical pet goods to the pet community.

Our in-house rope collection (leashes, harnesses, collars) is made from used climbing rope sourced from our partners or local climbing gyms and is assembled at our studio in Brooklyn, NY.

Our Mission:

  • To promote ecological sustainability by sourcing recycled, reclaimed or renewable materials, and natural fibers whenever possible through low-waste manufacturing methods. As a business, it is tremendously important to find ways to reduce our carbon footprint and practice green environmental initiatives.
  • To provide job opportunities, fair and stable incomes to artisans, namely marginalized women. We partner with makers from low-income and immigrant communities in the local NYC area and marginalized artisans for the production of our exclusive products. We are committed to developing sustainable market access as well as providing training to enable our partners to prosper and thrive well into the future.
  • To support our local community by giving back a percentage of sales to local non-profit animal organizations and animal shelters who spend their day-to-day saving pets' lives. Because like us, our customers love their fur babies and support those institutions that do good for their kind!
